My wife and I are selling our PSLs in Section 316 in order to move to a new location. We have two tickets together on Row AA, Seats 3 and 4 (perfect location on the aisle nearest section 315). This is a great section with longstanding PSL holders all around you. You’ll be on the SUN SIDE of the stadium which is absolutely perfect for the cold weather games. As with any PSL purchase, there is a fee which must be paid to the Titans to transfer the licenses to your name. You pay the transfer fee ($100). You probably already know but I feel obligated to mention, this is for the PSLs ONLY! You are obligating yourself to buy the season tickets from the Titans by owning the PSLs. This ad is for a single PSL seat at LP Field. The seat is located in the Club Section, section 245, row S, seat 5.

About the seat location; Section 245 is located on the ‘home’ side, North endzone corner right above the tunnel where the Titans enter and exit the field.

The seat, S-5, sits on the FRONT ROW of the upper tier of the Club Section. The people sitting in front of you are 4 feet lower than you are and are seperated by a rail. No one will ever block your view. The rail is great for a foot stool! It’s also a nice place to hang stuff. Seat 5 is also the last seat in the isle putting you next to another rail. No one is sitting on your left side, just a great view of the scoreboard and any ‘fly-overs’. This seat has a lot of personal space, something very rare inside this stadium.

The upper tier of Section 245 consists of only 4 rows of seats; rows S, T, U and V, (V being the back row). Row S, where this seat is located, only has 5 seats. The other 4 seats in this row are corporate owned. The people that use them rarely stay for the entire game or, they opt to go inside to take advantage of the heat or air conditioning and watch the game on the many TVs scattered through-out the Club Concourse. The rest of the section is mostly individually owned by a fantastic group of people that are there game after game and always a pleasure to see. When entering the Club Concourse from this section, you are within 20 feet of a HIDDEN bathroom, (not too many people know it’s there). Another 40 feet puts you at a second public restroom. This concourse section has a bar and a food counter.

What is the Club Concourse like? It has always reminded me of an airport concourse. It’s fully carpeted. Heated during the winter months with plenty of A/C during the summer. Lots of different places to eat. Lots of tables and chairs & couches. There are TVs everywhere so while walking through the concourse, you’ll never miss a play. At the two main bars in the middle of the concourse, there are several TVs located here that are broadcasting other games around the league.

This has always been my PSL. When I was married, my wife had no interest in going to these games. So, instead of buying two regular seats in the lower bowl, I used the same money to purchase a single ticket (PSL) in the desireable Club Section. I am selling this PSL in order to move to the lower bowl section and sit with some friends using a seat that has become vacant.

This sell would include the perminate PSL and all 10 season tickets and possibly a parking pass in Lot E, (located near the North endzone).

This PSL cost me $1,500.00 when I purchased it. I am selling it BELOW face value at $1,200.00. The tickets cost $92.00 per game which includes the new $2.00 per seat – per game city tax. The parking pass cost $300.00 a year but I’m not sure I can include that. If I can, it will add another $300.00 to the total.
